Review of the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Treaty
The Tenth Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons started this week and will end on the 26 of August
I interviewed former Ambassador Marc Finaud, who was France’s top-negotiator at the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva for many years, and has recently retired as Head of Arms Proliferation and Head of Diplomatic Tradecraft and is now a Fellow at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, and opened his own consultancy.
We discussed the Tenth Review Conference of the Parties on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Treaty and the current threat landscape in view of the hostilities in Ukraine.
