Quarantine-free leisure travel within the bloc will be allowed for countries participating in the data integration of digital certificates that prove you have been vaccinated, you must have a certificate of vaccination with you in your smartphone to show at the border, and should be traveling two-weeks after the last dose was taken.
Travelers from U.S. should be on the clear too. EU diplomats were a bit tiffed that the Biden administration has not yet reciprocated. Tourism is slowly picking up speed in the European block, which is good news for Air France and other airlines in Europe.
