This year’s celebration of the World Press Freedom Day takes place in Uruguay, from 2-4 May, and it is three days filled with speakers from around the globe talking about the hottest topics that impact the life, rights, and work of journalists, press freedom, and ultimately the rights of everyone, as we all rely on the good work of the press to have accurate information and to hold governments and the powerful accountable.
